PEGATRON Adopts NVIDIA RTX PRO Servers and Unveils New Server Platforms Featuring RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs for AI, Scientific Computing, and Professional Visualization

2025/8/27

Taipei, Taiwan – August 27, 2025 – PEGATRON, a globally recognized Design, Manufacturing, and Service (DMS) provider, announced the launch of two high-performance server platforms, the AS205-2T1 and AS400-2A1, accelerated by NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs. These systems deliver breakthrough acceleration for enterprise applications ranging from multimodal AI inference and physical AI to scientific computing, graphics, and video applications. PEGATRON is also deploying these servers to enhance its IT operations and to improve manufacturing efficiencies and sustainability.

The two new PEGATRON server platforms featuring RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs include:

AS205-2T1 – A compact 2U, 2-socket system featuring 4 NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs and dual Intel® Xeon® 6 processors. This high-density configuration is engineered for organizations seeking top-tier performance within space-constrained deployments.

AS400-2A1 – A powerful 4U, 2-socket system accelerated by 8 NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs, dual AMD EPYC™ 9005 processors, and support NVIDIA ConnectX-8 SuperNIC with PCIe Gen 6 Switch for maximum performance. Built for ultimate throughput and scalability, it supports large-scale generative AI, digital twin simulations, and complex rendering workflows.

Both systems harness the power of the NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell GPUs, delivering significant advancements in GPU performance, AI-driven workflows, and photorealistic rendering. These capabilities make them ideal for industries such as media production, industrial design, scientific research, VDI, and digital twin development.

Leveraging NVIDIA MGX reference design, the servers ensure validated hardware configurations optimized for GPU-accelerated computing. This standardized platform design enables rapid deployment and reduces integration complexity for enterprise IT environments.

Each of these PEGATRON systems integrate RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs, ultra-fast NVIDIA ConnectX networking and next-generation CPUs — together with NVIDIA AI Enterprise and NVIDIA Omniverse software — to deliver powerful RTX PRO Servers for a wide range of compute- and data-intensive use cases.

Accelerating Intelligent Manufacturing with PEGAVERSE Using RTX PRO Servers

As manufacturing industries undergo AI reindustrialization, they must address challenges such as complex processes, high barriers to adopting new technologies, and extended payback periods. To address these challenges, PEGATRON’s developers built an AI digital twin platform — PEGAVERSE — for its own engineers and factory managers to collaboratively plan, simulate, and optimize their production lines, providing real-time insights about facilities, equipment, and maintenance tasks.

Within PEGATRON, engineers and factory managers leverage PEGAVERSE for many use cases, including predictive maintenance, process optimization, resource planning, remote monitoring, and quality control. By rapidly adjusting production lines using digital twins, these tools enhance operational flexibility and production efficiency.

• Companies can utilize simulation to improve design efficiency by 30%, thereby accelerating the development of production lines.

• Pre-implementation simulation optimizes the time required for transitioning to new production lines, enhancing the efficiency of producing diverse, small-batch products.

• Integrating AI Agents provides real-time analysis and alerts, boosting production efficiency.

• Real-time IoT integration enhances the efficiency of remote production and facilitates improved remote collaboration.

• Developing reusable digital assets for production lines accelerates future development cycles.

PEGAVERSE is developed on NVIDIA Omniverse libraries and NVIDIA Isaac Sim powered by NVIDIA RTX PRO Servers-NVIDIA’s advanced and efficient data center platform for AI and visual computing. This enables PEGATRON to estimate cycle times, forecast performance, and pinpoint bottlenecks through high-fidelity simulation.

By refining and adjusting these simulation results, PEGATRON maximizes equipment utilization while cutting the time and cost of physical modifications. Today, eight virtual factories run in parallel with PEGATRON’s physical production sites, a strategy projected to slash new-factory construction time by 40%.

To unlock higher levels of efficiency, PEGATRON also developed PEGAAi to build, train, and deploy a variety of AI agents. PEGATRON uses NVIDIA AI Enterprise software to accelerate AI agent development with a rich portfolio of foundation and reasoning models — including large language models (LLMs) and customized vision language models (VLMs) based on the NVIDIA VILA architecture.

Leveraging PEGAAi and the NVIDIA AI Blueprint for Video Search and Summarization (VSS), PEGATRON created the PEGA Visual Analytics Agent (VAA), which delivers real-time assembly anomaly detection and safety-standard verification, reducing labor costs by 7% and defect rates by 67%. In collaboration with its subsidiary Kinsus, PEGATRON also deployed multimodal AI to automatically analyze manufacturing defects, boosting inspection accuracy to 95%.

With these PEGAVERSE solutions using RTX PRO Servers, PEGATRON factories can be constructed more quickly and effectively. Machine learning and simulated automation systems significantly reduce manual intervention, streamline employee training, and through simulation and optimization, improve operational efficiency to deliver superior manufacturing services to potential clients.

“Today, an industrial AI cloud solution based on RTX PRO Servers and AI Factory technologies has been deployed at PEGATRON, revolutionizing automation and accelerating our smart production facilities, while driving enterprise-wide AI transformation.” Gary Cheng, President & CEO, PEGATRON
